After you have reviewed our options and you are ready you will click on contact. 

We would contact you through personal email and gather more information. Once we gather the information we need to give you an accurate estimate we will email to you via square.com. 

 After you have reviewed our options and you are ready, select your estimate package, sign our service agreement and make your deposit payment. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit and agreement to reserve your order. Your order is not reserved without either deposit or full payment being made. 

Please consider booking well in advance of your event as our calendar fills quickly!

The cost of a our cakes are determined by:

• Time
• Ingredients (Exotic ingredients or specialty cakes that are vegan or gluten-free will typically cost more.)
• Flavor
• Size of the cake and number of tiers
• Level of intricacy with designs, colors, and style (For example, if the cake has an edible gold leaf or ombre frosting, things as such may increase the price.)
• Type of frosting (Typically, a fondant or gum paste cake are both more expensive than buttercream.)
• Delivery fees
• Customization
• Add-ons such as cake stands/toppers (You can buy or rent these!)

All of our cakes are one-of-a-kind creations. We take inspiration from past cakes we’ve made, as well as other baker’s/artist’s work, but we do not recreate cakes. With the uniqueness of our baked goods, all cakes are priced individually with your aesthetic in mind. 

We specialize in American and Swiss meringue buttercream cakes. However, fondant, edible images and other cake decorations are available as optional cake accents.

Cake accents are design elements added to the exterior buttercream finish. They are individually priced and include (but are not limited to) chocolate drip, fondant features, edible images, chocolate covered fruit, gold foil, macarons, chocolate candies, faux and fresh florals.

Cakes should be stored in the refrigerator until approximately two hours prior to eating—cake is best served at room temperature. Please avoid direct sunlight as buttercream melts easily. Any leftovers should be kept in a sealed container and consumed within a few days.

Yes, delivery is an option. For orders that will be delivered in the Oakland area the fee is 15% of total cost of order. 

For orders that need delivering outside the Oakland area the fee is 15% of total cost of order + $0.63 per mile (round trip)

Unfortunately, the deposit is non-refundable. Any payments, in addition to the deposit, may be refunded and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
